We stayed at the Radisson blue which was an amazing property, with an infinity pool overlooking the ocean, and this was the view from my bedroom. The on-site restaurant was also really good and they had very fresh seafood and steak.

We took an Uber to Lionshead and did the hike all the way to the top, and it was one of the most phenomenal views I’ve ever seen. Make sure to wear sunscreen!

South Africa is known for having some of the best wines in the world and we wanted to make sure that we were able to visit all the wineries in one day and not have to worry about driving. The bus picked up directly from Cape Town and brought us into Franschhoek

It’s located on top of a hill and there’s a private lake on the property. You are basically overlooking the entire valley from where you are sitting. The restaurant was closed when we got there but we ordered two bottles of wine and just enjoyed the picturesque backdrop

Content: Since we were staying at the V&A waterfront, we wanted to try out some of the restaurants on the waterfront pier. This is a pretty touristy part of town, but there’s a lot to say and do. There’s also a ton of restaurants to choose from and we wanted some thing that was specific to Cape Town. The salmon roses were amazing and so was the fish.

Content: Café Caprice’s the hottest place in Cape Town to grab drinks and party with friends. It’s similar to the West Hollywood of Los Angeles! We got a bottle service and it was 100% worth it to not have to stand around and be able to watch the sun go down right from our seats. You get an ocean side view from pretty much anywhere in the bar

The animals are Fenced off from each other and while there is definitely a good amount of space for them to roam around, they’re not truly free. I would recommend skipping this place. It’ll just make you sad

We have a Priority Pass membership and highly recommend everyone sign up for one or get one through their credit card. You get access to all the lounges in a bunch of different lounges across 1300 different airports. It was really nice to relax away from all the people, with more food and alcohol, before our flight Overall southafrica was such an amazing trip! Here are some tips for visiting this beautiful country: • if you come to South Africa, you have to visit Cape Town and its surrounding areas. Indulge in as much meat and wine as humanly possible and make sure to visit the wine regions of Stellenbosch and Franschhoek • petty crime is pretty high in this country, so just don’t walk alone at night, and be aware of your surroundings at all times. Don’t leave valuables out in plain sight, and keep your purse wrapped tightly around you • Booking a Safari is a once in a lifetime experience. Make sure to book an all inclusive so that everything is taken care of for you and you don’t have to plan anything else
