Content: Took the Qatar Airways flight from New York to Bali via Doha. After a long 33 hours of travel we had fresh and had quick breakfast at "Last Wave" restaurant at airport. We took car for hotel which was an hour away.

Hanging Gardens of Bali
Content: Amazing 5 star property with surrounding jungle and rhythmic sound of river and waterfalls. The place was as good as advertised and staff was very well trained. We planned to relax for the day n enjoy beautiful premises.

Day 2 - 6 Aug 2021
Tegalalang Rice Terrace
Content: After once in a lifetime, experience of floating breakfast and relaxing spa we decided to step out for couple of hours to explore Telalang Rice Terrace. It took us around 1.5 hours to explore this beautiful landscapes hiking. Path is grassy and muddy so be careful not to slip. There we clicked pictures at the I love Bali sign with rice fields as backdrop.

Bali Swing, Tegalalang Rice Terrace
Content: The Bali Swing overlooks a lush palm tree valley and the Agung River. Here you will be truly immersed in the Balinese jungle. If you don’t wish to partake in a swing ride, consider one of the ‘hanging nests’ that are scattered around the grounds. Wedged between two enormous palm trees, these nest-like structures serve as lookout points for the spectacular views and are perfect for enviable photoshoots. We enjoyed lunch at a local restaurant before continuing on to central Ubud.
Sacred Monkey Forest
Content: Must attraction! Spent time with playful monkeys that reside in the sacred Monkey Forest. Its fun experience with wild-life, nature and scenery around. Be bit alert on monkeys around; they can get bit closer than you think! :-)
Hanging Gardens of Bali
Content: We spend evening in hotel having poolside dinner where they light candles in pool. The food was outstanding, lots to choose from and you can't go wrong with any selection.

Day 4 - 8 Aug 2021
Mt. Batur
Content: It was really wonderful trip. We book the trip with Bali Ubud Tour. We are small group with 15 person. They pick up us at 2 am, with large car. It is good for 15 person. The sunrise is really amazing. We spend 2 hours on the trek to get summit of the mount Batur. The hike was unique experience and challenge for us. But our guide was very friendly and patient with us so we made it to the top. He also provide us boiled eggs and snacks which we never had before. We headed to coffee gardens as it was on the way which we really enjoyed. This is really recommend for every one if don't have any serious health problem who come to Bali. 1000% recommended.

Camaya Bali Butterfly - Magical Bamboo House
Content: As seen on Netflix Amazing Vacation Rentals, we checked into The Butterfly house - collection of unique bamboo houses in the secluded rice terraces of eastern Bali. We felt escaped from the crowds and woke up in your bed overlooking the lush rice terraces, Experience the sounds of nature all around, the perfect adventure for travelers and nature lovers who want to be fully immersed in their surroundings and experience the remote parts of Bali. Staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. The movie theater is extremely special and the view is amazing.

Lempuyang Temple
Content: One of the most popular and sacred temples on the island. Its super popular and be prepared to wait for 2 hours to take clicks at Bali's Heaven Gate. Highly recommend you to get here before 8 am to avoid rushhours. Provided you are ok with some wait time and crowds; this will be an unforgettable experience.
Tirta Gangga
Content: After Lempuyang, we headed to Tirta Ganga - really nice temple in green lush landscape. Not that many tourists and we were able to enjoy the square ponds, stone steps, bridge and more. it was peaceful and heavenly!
Besakih Temple
Content: Biggest temple of Bali and looks majestic! However, bad experience from locals around gouging money gauge from you. You might get pressured to buy surong and ticket at a high price. Be super careful about dealing with guides and all money transactions.

Day 6 - 10 Aug 2021
Moven pick resort and spa Jimbaran
Content: After breakfast we check out from Hanging gardens and left for Jimbaran which is 1.5 hours away. As we arrived we were greeted with warm hospitality.

Content: This beaches have beautiful limestone cliff fringed coastlines. Also has fish market where most of the fresh catches are sourced. We had one of the best sea food barbecue on the beach. That day water was suitable for swimming and snorkelling as well.

Content: Hotel staff helped us rent car to airport as we had flight at 9.20 am. Distance to airport is 15 mins only.
