Day 1 - 14 Nov 2021
Content: After arriving in Bangkok in the afternoon, I am searching a bus station and going directly to Chiang Mai. The bus is pretty comfortable, we get water and snack. We stop to take some food but I didn't find much vegan choice.
Day 2 - 15 Nov 2021
Content: I arrive at Deejai Backpackers Hostel which is conveniently placed in the centre of Bangkok. Lovely garden and atmosphere is what makes this place so vibrant. I even booked here my trip to Doi Inthanon, but they have many various trips. Pool and bar are placed at the other house, on the same street. Weekly events are going, I participated in the quiz. Also, you can order lunch or dinner here.
Content: Parks in Chiang Mai are rare but this central park is so beautifully decorated during the Flower festival. Flower festival happens annually first weekend in February. I just enjoy the peaceful atmosphere before the people start to gather. Just outside the park near Nawarat bridge there are many displays decorations, plants and flowers. During the festival we can buy Thai food at the stands by the cheap prices.
Content: Rich offer at the Wualai Saturday's market is pretty satisfying. I tried some Thai delicacies like mango sticky rice and even some sushi. The Silver temple is just amazing.

Content: Flower fest parade starts in the morning near the Narawan bridge. I enjoy the Sun while admiring incredible decorations. The dance and music is inevitable.

Content: I take a tour to Doi Intharnon National Park where the highest peak of Thailand is located. The journey is about 1,5- 2h. First we visit the coffe plantation where we try some authentic coffe. Also they explain us how they make the scarfs and similar products. After that we visit two high waterfalls nearby. Finally we to the top, the highest point taking the pictures with the table. Botanical gardens are pretty near and we enjoy beautiful views of the mountains, pagodas in flowers and colourful vibes. At the end we visit the big market at the street down where we see some fruits, many dried fruits and clothrs.
Day 4 - 17 Nov 2021
Content: I take the short boat tour at Mae Ping river where we visit the local farm. It's the place where the various workshops are held, the place to see many tropical plants, specially the curative ones. Also we have the little fruit snack there. On the way we enjoy beautiful and artistic riverside hotels. It's interesting that some tours even lead to Chiang Rai and other towns.

Content: Arriving to Bangkok in the morning by bus and after I check in my hostel. It's located pretty convenient near the Khao San Road.

Content: Bangkok Grand Palace is such a majestic place, it's only 15 minutes away from my hostel. I'm sorry that I don't have more photos but that's a reason to come back. This Palace from 18th century was the official residence of the Kings of Diam. This a pretty touristic place so the crowds are huge. After the visit I take some fresh pineapple from the fruit sellers.

Content: Visiting Khaosan road, the pedestrian street full of bars, restaurants and souvenir shops brings the cheerful vibes. I had my best coconut ice-cream in Thailand just here. I also had the best coconut smoothie in one of the bars which are all beautifully decorated.

Content: I take a tour with the hostel to one of the most famous floating market near Bangkok. It's Damnoen Saduak Market, around 1h away from Bangkok. There are many floating markets in Bangkok which lies on canals. The boat tour is such a thrill. Also, it's a time to chill with some lunch snack at the adjacent restaurants.

Content: After arriving early at Ao Nang, I check into Slumber Party Hostel Krabi. I love the atmosphere and they even have some tours. Such a cozy place

Content: Exploring Ao Nang though the beach is not so special. I just love the cute decorations around the town like the monkeys on the bus stop. I'm just happy to buy fruit smoothies on the street, specially coconut smoothie.

Content: After discovering the Monkey trail at the Ao Nang Beach, I'm amazed by the new beach. Centara beach is more secluded with plenty of space. I'm amazed by the rocks at the beach, total Thai feeling. Beautiful hotel is surrounding the beach so it looks very picturesque. It's a pity, I didn't see any monkey on the Monkey trail.

Content: Thrilled by taking the typical Thai boat, I take a day trip to the Railay beach which is accessible only by boat. Passing by the path filled with caves, I see many people doing rock climbing. Railay beach is just amazing, love the cave. As it is Valentine's day, they prepared a sitting place at the rock where the couples climb. Dressed in their wedding dresses.

Content: Taking a tour with the hostel which includes also hot springs and Tiger's cave temple. Emerald pool is placed inside a forrest, one is for swimming and the other not. This is a place rich with trees of different kind.

Content: To reach this temple we need to cross over 1200 steps. The views are just fabulous. It's known for tiger paw prints in the cave.

Content: Arriving at Koh Lanta with the bus that stops in front of my new hostel- Hub of Joys. I just love this place. Excellent atmosphere, amazing breakfast and pop-corn during the day make it a perfect experience. It's also close to the Long beach, definitely feels like home.

Content: Discovering Long beach or Phrae beach is so fascinating. Just seeing amazing colours and cute decor is enchanting. Now I just imagine how it would be to stay in one of these cute houses with the garden so close to the beach.
Content: Happy veggie restaurant catches my eyes while I bike at Koh Lanta. It's easy to notice it at the main street. They have plenty of curries and excellent choice of the traditional Thai cuisine. Bowles, various salads and sandwiches are also un the menu.

Content: I was so surprised to see the French bakery at Koh Lanta. This cute caffe bar offers all sort of pastries, sandwiches, salads and beautifully decorated cakes. Definitely a place to stop by.

Content: While exploring Koh Lanta by bike, I'm amazed with the cute caffe bars all around. A bit north Long beach is more populated with some recreational activities.
Content: Fire shows are specialities of Koh Lanta. Sitting in some of the restaurants at the beach and just watching fireshow leaves me breathless.

Content: With the tour organised by my hostel I visit the cute Old town of Lanta. Amazing souvenir shops, restaurants and bars are worth more than the quick stop-over. Hammock house gives me a special joy

Content: The next stop is the lovely orchid garden where we enjoy the flowers and see the tropical plants. Seeing in the first hand cashew tree, pineapple and sugar cane is unbeatable.

Content: What would be a tour without the beach? We visit the cute but secluded beach called the Bamboo beach.
Day 12 - 25 Nov 2021
Content: Doing a mangroove tour on my last day and I'm so excited to experience the authentic Thailand. Mangroove trees are the typical trees with their flying roots. On the lake can be seen some hidden islands like Bubu or Talabeng. This is the perfect opportunity to see the curious monkeys. Who says Thailand is not a jungle?
Content: First with the bus, than ferry and finally I'm on my flight back home.
