Content: We arrived to Plovdiv city very early. Plovdiv is an ancient city built around 7 hills, in southern Bulgaria.
Content: The museum houses over 60 000 artifacts which mostly relate to the traditions of Plovdiv city population and its cultural and economic environment as well. The most significant ones among the collections are those of copper utensils, pottery, ancient weapons, shepherd’s wood-carving, adornments and religious items; point lace and knitted lace, costumes from all the Bulgarian ethnic territory; musical instruments and urban interior.
Content: The Roman theatre of Philippopolis is one of the world's best-preserved ancient Roman theatres, located in the city center of Plovdiv.
Content: The church is situated in the Old town of Plovdiv on one of the city's seven hills, Nebet Tepe.
Content: This is Plovdiv’s loveliest street! We were there even before all the shops were open but still it was lovely! ❤️
Content: Djumaia was a lovely tea & coffee house in the heart of Plovdiv! We enjoyed our time there. We saw a cute cat and spent some time with him❤️

Content: The Russian Orthodox Church "St. Nikolay" is one of the most remarkable architectural structures in Sofia.
Content: The “Ivan Vazov” National Theatre is Bulgaria’s biggest theatre, as well as the oldest and most stand out and most imposing theatre in the country. This theatre is one of the major landmarks in Sofia due to its prime location and grandiose architecture. The National theatre is located in the centre of Sofia and its edifice faces the City Garden. The Ivan Vazov National Theatre has a well-equipped main stage with 750 seats, a smaller 120-seat stage and an additional 70-seat one on the fourth floor.
Content: The Church of St. George is the oldest surviving building in Sofia. It is a red-brick domed rotunda room with a circular plan on a square base with semicircular niches in the corners. Since the 4th century it has been used for baptismal ceremonies. It is part of a larger archaeological complex. Behind the apse, there are ancient ruins: a section of a Roman street with preserved drainage, foundations of a large basilica, probably a public building, and some smaller buildings.
Content: The St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral is a Bulgarian Orthodox cathedral in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. Built in Neo-Byzantine style, it serves as the cathedral church of the Patriarch of Bulgaria and it is believed to be one of the 50 largest Christian church buildings by volume in the world. It was even more pretty at night! The lights are unbelievable for a photoshoot! I highly recommend you to go in and take some photos

Content: The first thing in the morning, we drove to the Transylvannia region! Peleș Castle is a Neo-Renaissance castle in the Carpathian Mountains, near Sinaia. Peles Castle was the first European castle to have electricity, it even has its own power plant. Romania's collection of castles and fortresses perhaps best illustrates the rich medieval heritage of the country.

Content: Bucharest is the capital municipality, cultural, industrial, and financial center of Romania. It is the largest city in Romania, located in the southeast of the country. The city has many tourism attractions and NYE celebrations waiting for you to explore. But I will be honest! It was extra crowded haha now I am not a huge fan of crowded places after Covid 🤣🤣

Content: Located in the heart of Varna, The Cathedral has become one of the landmarks of the city. I can totally say that I have a thing for Orthodox churches!

Content: The Seaside Garden is the Bulgarian port city of Varna's largest, oldest and best known public park, also said to be the largest landscaped park in the Balkans. Located along the city's coast on the Black Sea, it is an important tourist attraction and a national monument of landscape architecture.

Content: It took us almost 2 hours to come to Nessebar. Nessebar is a town in Burgas Province, on Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast. The cobbled streets of the old town, which sits on a promontory, are lined with ruins such as Byzantine-era fortifications and baths. The ruins of the 5th-century Church of St. Sofia include stone columns and large arched windows.
Content: The Church of Christ Pantocrator is a medieval Eastern Orthodox church in the eastern Bulgarian town of Nesebar, on the Black Sea coast of Burgas Province. Part of the Ancient Nesebar UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Church of Christ Pantocrator was constructed in the 13th–14th century and is best known for its lavish exterior decoration. The church, today an art gallery, survives largely intact and is among Bulgaria's best preserved churches of the Middle Ages.
