Day 1 - 7 Jun 2021
Content: Arriving in Zagreb by bus and checking in the hostel Bureau which is only 15 minutes away by walk from the bus station. The hostel is large and cozy, located only 5 minutes from the main square. It's also pretty close to the lovely park Ribnjak which is adjacent to the Cathedral.
Content: Chilling at the Ribnjak park which is specially beautiful at spring. When magnolia comes, the whole park is so rich. Even the Cathedral looks like the one in Barcelona. Cultural centre is place in the park so sometimes the musical events are happening here.
Content: Just strolling along the streets of Zagreb and enjoying the architecture. Croatian National Theatre is one of the most beautiful buildings in Zagreb. It's always surrounded by flowers, the Well of life just in front is very pretty. Mimara Museum is one of the elegant buildings to see just like the Museum of Arts and crafts.
Content: Botaničar caffe in the centre of Zagreb is made for relax. It's located just near the Botanical garden so all the decor is in the similar style. It's one of the most instagrammable caffes in Zagreb.
Content: Exploring instagrammable caffe bars in Zagreb continues. At Vlaska street near my hostel is located lovely bar Finjak. It's beautifully decorated with the mirrors and chandeliers. Located inside the garden it gives the relaxing atmosphere. French infusions are special delicacy here.
Day 2 - 8 Jun 2021
Content: Maksimir Park is located near the main football stadium and the Faculty of Agriculture and forestry. Such a peaceful atmosphere can be absorbed here. The zoo is also inside the park and few lakes.
Content: With the vast choice of burgers and woks Green point is the perfect place to eat vegan food in Zagreb. Located centrally, it's a cozy place to relax.
Content: Jarun lake is only 20 minutes away by tram from the city centre. This large lake is the popular place for kayaking, swimming in the summer or taking a walk around its wild nature on the other part. It's also filled with night clubs and restaurants, such a cozy place to go out.
Content: A most unusual garden is the unique bar in Zagreb, the tree house looks just fabulous. It's located on the crossroad the route from Jarun lake and Savska street that leads to the city centre. It's a cozy and popular place for the night out and their favourite drink gin-tonic.

Content: Magnolia pastry shop is surely the most instagrammable caffe in Zagreb. It's covering 3 locations but the most beautiful one is placed at Trešnjevka. Beautiful decor just enchants filling my wish for the floral caffes. It's open in 2013 by mother and daughter.

Content: Arriving in Split with Flixbus after 5h drive and checking-in in this lovely hostel. It's located in the centre of Split, near the National theatre.
Day 4 - 10 Jun 2021
Content: Walking around the ancient centre of Split which is placed inside of the Diocletian Palate. The main square Peristil is specially charming, usually in summer occupied by various concerts. I admire the the labyrinth of cobblestone streets. Soon I arrive at Prokurative, colourful square with restaurants and bars. Near the main entrance of the Diocletian Palace Splitski đardin finds the place. In summer many concerts are happening here. Nearby also stands the giant statue of Grgur Ninski, the fighter for croatian language.
Content: The main square of Split is such a dreamy place with enticing architecture and vibes. Few restaurants are placed here do people enjoy the dinner or drinks with the music and enchanting atmosphere. Over the summer it's usually packed with concerts so not always easy to enter.
Content: Prokurative is another lovely and colourful square in the centre of Split. It''s a perfect place to enjoy the caffe or the lunch, even snack.
Content: Splitski Đardin is the city park in summer specially alive. Many concerts and food kiosks are placed here. Lovely place to relax.
Content: Gelateria Emiliana is one of the most popular in Split. Large choice of ice-creams just delights my eyes like lavender & rose, ricotta & figs, peach & roses & lime. So glad that it was recommended by a friend. Enjoying the beautiful Split with the ice cream is the best choice

Content: Taking a Flixbus from Split to Trogir is the best option as it takes only 30 minutes to arrive. Local buses on contrary need almost one hour, leaving near the National Theatre. The bus station in Split is located just across the ferry port

Content: Trogir Cathedral is a lovely sight on the main square. It's constructed in the Romanesque- Gothique style dating back to 13th century.
Content: Trogir promenade is a lovely place to watch the boats and enjoy magical atmosphere. The castle is a place where some concerts are happening.
Content: This lovely ice cream shop offers the teaditionsl delicacy of Split- rafioli. It's the dough with the almond inside.
Content: In the afternoon I take the Flixbus to Trogir, which is only 30 minutes away. This lovely town is under UNESCO protection, the cobblestone streets look so magical. Trogir is placed on the little peninsula connected with the bridge while the beaches are a bit more further. I wish that I explored them also though. The Trogir Cathedral is the mix of Romanesque and Gotic style. Its stunning interior is worth the entrance fee. Green doors can be seen pretty often at the main square and the whole Trogir. If you're in Trogir try rafioli, the traditional biscuit made from almonds.
Day 6 - 12 Jun 2021
Content: Solin is lovely town, only 30 minutes away from Split by the local bus. It's know by its archeological field where the ruins of the ancient Salona are placed. Roman amphitheatre is one of the most spectacular sights. Old Salona is located 20 minutes by walk from the centre of Solin. The centre of Solin is refreshing place, specially at the park filled with bridges. Gaspina Mill shows the way the life looked once in Solin. Its built on the river Jadro so it's quite relaxing just sitting hear.
Content: 20 minutes walk from the centre this is a large park with Roman forum. Salona is an ancient archeological town.
Content: Such a refreshing place in the centre of Solin. I could watch the waterfall for hours. So relaxing.
Day 6 - 12 Jun 2021
Content: The first viewpoint is located only 15 minutes by walk from the centre in this huge forrest park. Botanical garden is located higher in Marjan. Fabulous views of Split can be found here. On the opposite entrance it's located the beach Banje, one of the most popular at Marjan. Here I had my favourite caffe in Split, with more cream than caffe.

Content: Bačvice beach is the closest beach beach to the city centre, near the ferry port. This sand beach is known by the popular game Picigin. Many night clubs are located here.

Content: Taking a catamaran from Split to Bol in the afternoon and after that I check in to the Bluesun Hotel Elaphusa. It's located 5 minutes by walking from the famous beach Zlatni Rat. Three pools and all inclusive offer give me the perfect vacation.
Day 8 - 14 Jun 2021
Content: Zlatni Rat or Golden Horn is one of the most famous and majestic beaches in Croatia. It's located at island Brač. The crystal clear water is just made to relax. There's a lot of shadow and even if crowded it's easy to find a place. Just relaxing, taking some photos and enjoying the beach is enough. There's a lot of snack bars at the beach, the plenty choice for everyone.

Content: Lovely little place Pučišća is only 11 km away from Bol. It lies in picturesque bay so you can catch amazing views from above. It's known by its stonemason school so the famous stone of Brač island comes from here. Very pretty and creative souvenirs of stone decorate Pučišća.

Content: Taking a catamaran from Bol to Split is the best option. Though the famous Bol can also be reached from Supetar which is one hour away by road. Croatia deserves more, I will miss Split but surely I will be back soon.
