Day 1 - 25 Sep 2021
Content: We begun our journey with the discovery of Ajaccio and some relax time at the beach
Content: For the evening and the sunset, we went to the Sanguinaires islands, it is very beautiful and we recommend it !
Content: We ate in this restaurant, the goal there is to share your plates
Content: Our room in this hotel was small and very limited but it is common in Corsica : mostly you won’t find things like an electric kettle. The good point of this hotel : we rent a parking place for 10€/ day and I will recommend you to do so.
Day 2 - 26 Sep 2021
Content: Our first stop of the day : the beach of Mare É Sole. You can find there savage cow or pigs (but we didn’t)
Day 2 - 26 Sep 2021
Content: The beach of Portigliolo was very nice, we just rent to discover / walk and take some pictures but you can easily go there to spend the afternoon.
Day 2 - 26 Sep 2021
Content: We decided to spend our afternoon at the beach of Campomoro : it was totally worth it : you can also rent a kawak for 15€/hour which we did 😁 At the end of September, the beach was not crowded.
Day 2 - 26 Sep 2021
Content: We liked this hotel, there is a beautiful landscape. A free parking is available and our hotel room was good
Day 3 - 27 Sep 2021
Content: We discovered the cute town of Sartène : little streets and beautiful panorama ! The atmosphere is typical as one of any cute village.
Content: That is one of my favourite place during this trip : Roccapina, the view needs to be deserved as you need to climb from the beach but totally worth it !
Content: A well deserved chill time at the beach of Roccapina : my favourite beach of this trip, I just loved the atmosphere there 💯🥰
Day 3 - 27 Sep 2021
Content: For our nights in Bonifacio, we slept in a camping outside the city, we had a bungalow with a little kitchen. The camping also had a restaurant and a swimming pool. I will recommend to stay there as it can be difficult to park in the city.
Day 4 - 28 Sep 2021
Content: Bonifacio was a big crush, the city is really nice to discover, and the different point of views you have on the sea are just amazing 🤩
Content: A really nice view close to the sea to discover (but not without effort as you need to climb hundred of steps) 😬
Content: We walked to go from Bonifacio to the Saint Antoine beach but I’d recommend to drive there as the walk was a bit long. This beach was really nice to admire the fishes 🐠

Day 5 - 29 Sep 2021
Content: We planned a whole day in the Lavezzi islands and I can only recommend you to do the same. Take some time to discover the whole islands and of course you should swim and take with you your tuba mask : you will be amazed of the many fishes in the water !
Day 5 - 29 Sep 2021
Content: As we wanted to eat sushi, we have eaten in this Restaurant. It’s probably not the most typical place to eat but French people like eating sushi’s and Corsica is no exception
Content: In this hotel, we had a good reception. Our rome was fine. The hotel has only a small parking : mostly we were lucky as we had a place but one time we needed to park outside the city center (for free). Parking was not that difficult in September but during summer it must be something else..
Day 6 - 30 Sep 2021
Content: We begun our journey with the visit of Porto-Vecchio : the visit is quick and it wasn’t a big crush for us.
Day 6 - 30 Sep 2021
Content: We decided to spend our afternoon at the beach of Portigliolo. You can spend some time to relax / walk as the beach is quite long
Day 6 - 30 Sep 2021
Content: For the end of the day, we visited the beach of Santa Guilia. The atmosphere of this beach is very different as there are some bars and music. The beach is not that long and pretty crowded. If you are looking for some calm time you won’t find it there (even off peak time).

Day 7 - 1 Oct 2021
Content: This hike between forests and mountains was excellent, not too difficult nor too long it’s perfect ! We even met a savage cow this time. 🐮
Day 7 - 1 Oct 2021
Content: We stopped by the Ospedale lake but I was kind of disappointed, I didn’t think it was charming, it is also situated just by the road. I’d only recommend to stop by for a few minutes
Day 7 - 1 Oct 2021
Content: During this trek, we have a nice walk in the forest and beautiful landscapes in top of the mountains. When we approach the waterfall, it is unfortunately hidden by the trees. If you want to see it like in the last picture you will have to take a dangerous and difficult path. I decided not to take a risk and let the man do it 😅
Day 7 - 1 Oct 2021
Content: Our best hotel during this trip, the room was bigger than the others we had. We could also enjoy the swimming pool and the jaccuzi ! 😍
Day 8 - 2 Oct 2021
Content: We decided to do a trek in the Aiguilles of Bavella. The view and the landscapes were amazing. We never see our goal as we got lost. In this place unfortunately there is no indication. Be better prepared as we were 😢
Day 8 - 2 Oct 2021
Content: We then arrived in Zonza, a little town. We stopper by a farm where we can see some pigs
Content: Our best hotel during this trip, the room was bigger than the others we had. We could also enjoy the swimming pool and the jaccuzi ! 😍
Content: If you want to enjoy some specialities, this restaurant was amazing ! You have to taste the charcuterie and the cheese from Corsica 😋
Day 8 - 2 Oct 2021
Content: We actually leave the next day but very early. Here are some additional tips or information about Corsica : ▪️ We rent our car via the website RentalCar. When we wanted to pick up the car, a bank imprint of 1500€ was asked to us (no cash accepted) : we had to call our bank so that it could be made. ▪️ For me it is impossible to visit Corsica without a car as you will barely see a bus. It also what makes this island beautiful : it not a place where you will see many bus with groups of tourists. ▪️ You will mostly take small roads / roads in the mountains. ▪️Take a tuba mask to admire the fishes in the sea. ▪️ Avoid to spend your afternoon at the Santa Giulia beach : it is crowded even in September but go there for the sunset 🌅 ▪️If you plan to hike in Corsica : try to have a maximum of information about the path. Some of them are not well indicated such as in the Aiguilles of Bavella.
