Content: Walk around the main street Laugavegur (full of street art and murals) and the go to see the Alþingi palace (the Icelandic parliament) closed to the Raðhús - Town Hall which is reflected on the shores of Lake Tjörnin, the Þúfa (green hill) and the Grasagardur Botanical Garden (free admission).

Content: Excellent solution for an overnight stay in Reykjavik! 15 minute walking from the city center, clean, breakfast included and free parking. The standard rooms are a bit small but with a small surcharge you can choose the larger category ones. I stayed there for 2 nights and would definitely choose it again.

Content: The best way to make an itinerary in Iceland is to rent a vehicle. I choose Go Car Rent 🚗 You can decide whether to take the Ring Road route clockwise or counterclockwise. In this itinerary the direction chosen is the clockwise one. From Reykjavìk, in fact, we move north until we reach the spectacular Snaefellsnes peninsula. Here, first stop is in the Black Church of Búðir.

Content: This small town nestled within a fjord has the appearance of a miniature Reykíavik, with murals painted on the houses, the lively center and street art dominating the landscape. Absolutely to see the Akureyrarkirkja (main church) and the Botanical Garden with free admission.
