Day 1 - 8 Oct 2021
Content: Unfortunately there were no available tables outside, it would have been nicer. They are in a beautiful square, perfect for a beer or a sangria.

Day 1 - 8 Oct 2021
Content: Best tortilla ever. I highly recommend the one with brie, truffle and jamón and the croquetas de la abuela and those with jamón. I loved all of it
Day 1 - 8 Oct 2021
Content: I could never recommend this place enough. It is a share home but it also has private rooms. There is a kitchen and this incredible patio where you can enjoy your meals, relax and get to know the other hosts. We absolutely loved it.
Day 2 - 9 Oct 2021
Content: Breakfast in our beautiful patio
Content: Visited the Reina Sofia Museum, where you can find the Guernica and many other artworks by Picasso, Goya, Miró and many others. It is free if you are a student under 25 years (you have to show proof)
Day 2 - 9 Oct 2021
Content: Cozy atmosphere, great food. We paid 23€ in two for these two dishes, bread and water.
Day 2 - 9 Oct 2021
Content: On our way to Parque del Retiro we stopped to have a look at these beautiful book shops. They sell vintage book at a very low price!
Content: Beautiful park, just loved it. There were many people enjoying the sun or playing sports.
Content: Arrived to Palacio de Velázquez and Palacio de Cristal, which unfortunately wasn’t possible to enter in that day due to an exposition
Content: Finished our park tour with this central pond with a colonnaded monument, which is popular because you can rent rowboats & canoes (as you can see in the video).
Day 3 - 10 Oct 2021
Content: Madrid’s El Rastro fleamarket is held every Sunday in Plaza de Cascorro and the streets nearby. You can find goods of all kinds, curious objects, antique shops... And in the surroundings, taverns and bars where you can have an aperitif and feel like another Madrid resident.
Content: The Prado Museum didn’t allow us in because it was full (on sundays it’s free) so we went to CaixaForum Madrid. It has two different exhibits, one that displays many artworks (paintings, photos, sculptures etc..) regarding the human image and the other is a interactive exhibition regarding video games. Enjoyed it a lot. 4€
Content: Beautiful sunset
Content: This is an Egyptian temple dating back to the 2nd century BC. Very charming to see at night
Content: Said goodbye to the friends we made at the hostel. Really check out this place if you like meeting people from all over the world. The 4 hosts that manage it are super nice, the place is very clean and has everything really.
Day 3 - 10 Oct 2021
Content: Got the midnight bus to Sevilla. It was 30€ (cheaper than the train) and took 6 and a half hours. This way we travelled during the night so we wouldn’t lose a day just to travel. Plus we didn’t have to pay for the accomodation for that night 😜
Day 4 - 11 Oct 2021
Content: Arrived in Seville at 6.30, we waited a bit in the bus station for the bars to open. (at this time of the year the sunrise is at 8.30😅) There were a few people waiting for their bus and police officers controlling so we felt completely safe.
Content: We visited Las Setas de Sevilla. It costs 5€ to go up during the day and 10€ during the night. It was beautiful in daylight but it probably has a more suggestive atmosphere at night.
Day 4 - 11 Oct 2021
Content: We wanted some paella so we went to Gusto restaurant. The place looked amazing and the food tasted even better. A friend recommended it to us and we weren’t disappointed 😋
Day 4 - 11 Oct 2021
Content: Walked around the city a bit.
Day 4 - 11 Oct 2021
Content: We absolutely loved this place!!! The tapas were amazing and we loved the traditional spanish atmosphere of the place. We drank many tintos de verano😇
Day 4 - 11 Oct 2021
Content: We stayed two nights in El Viajero. The staff was very nice, you can leave the bags before the check in and after the checkout if you need. The location was great too.
Day 5 - 12 Oct 2021
Content: One of the most beautiful squares I have ever seen. It’s a must-see in Sevilla
Day 5 - 12 Oct 2021
Content: We had a simple salad for lunch in this place. Maybe too much onion 😅😂
Day 5 - 12 Oct 2021
Content: The Real Alcazár is the royal palace in Seville. We paid 7€ each (students’ fare) and we saw the whole palace and all the gardens where you can chill a bit and admire the peacocks wander about. Plus if you are a Game of Thrones’ fan, this is where they filmed the scenes of Dorne!
Content: We came back to Plaza de España in the evening because we wanted to see it at night time. We were not disappointed!
Content: Great dinner, we loved the location because we had the Gold Tower right in front of us 🥰
Day 6 - 13 Oct 2021
Content: We had churros for breakfast in this place and they were amazing!! And the neighbourhood around there is super cute so make sure you go visit :)
Content: Another square worth visiting is surely Plaza del Cabildo. It is quite hidden so not many visitors know of this place, but definitely go check it out 😘
Content: Definitely one of the best meals we had in Spain. The tapas with the octopus and the artichoke (in photo) were just superb.
Content: Visited Sevilla’s cathedral along with the tower Giralda (in the photos you can see the view from up there). We bought the tickets online and it was 5.5€ each (students’ fare).
Day 6 - 13 Oct 2021
Content: Went back to take the bags, walked a bit through Torre del Oro for the last time before taking the bus to the airport.
Content: Arrived to the airport quite easily. The gates were very well equipped so you could charge your phone or laptop and relax on those chairs.
Content: And finally back home :(
