Day 1 - 17 Oct 2021
Content: Smooth arrival into a sunny Barcelona 😎 Barcelona has a brilliant connection between the airport and city centre. There is a bus just outside the airport(Aerobus), return costs €11.
Day 1 - 17 Oct 2021
Content: Unfortunately I haven’t taken photos of this particular hotel, however the stay was perfect. We opped in for half board which included buffet breakfast and dinner. Dinner also included a bottle of water, therefore if you are happy with just drinking that you are sorted. The service was top class and both breakfast and dinner always had plenty of options to choose from. Staff is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them.
Day 2 - 18 Oct 2021
Content: I am not a fan of football, at all…however this has been an amazing experience. Seeing the stadium, being able to walk on the pitch was great as well as visiting the museum and seeing all the trophies. Money well spent.
Content: I really enjoyed this zoo as it was the first time when I saw dolphins. The zoo itself is a great day out and provides plenty of shade to hide during a sunny day. I would recommend taking your own food and drink as food selection was not fantastic.
Content: Who doesn’t love tapas and cold sagria? Great stop for both. Food was lovely, staff super polite(even though they didn’t speak english they made us very comfortable with our broken spanish 😅) Prices are great and overall a 5 star experience!
Day 3 - 19 Oct 2021
Content: This is a spot worth visiting especially if you are looking to take some amazing photos of Sagrada Famila. Just before you go to vsit the cathedral make sure you sto here for a drink and lunch. Terrace is only available when you pre-book it and you can do it 7 days in advance. It’s free to visit, however you have to buy at least one drink. Prices are really reasonable for Barcelona and trust ny judgment it’s an amazing place to see.
Content: A must see place when visiting Barcelona. The building is still being renovated/built therefore the areas that can be seen might be different every time. The best way to get the tickets it’s to book it online and avoid the queues.(at the moment I think that it’s the only way to purchase tickets due to Covid). Ticket can be purchased with audio guide, you can listen to it on the Sagrada Familia app. Enjoy.
Day 3 - 19 Oct 2021
Content: All these years I thought it is a giant lobster, but it is actually a prawn… 😂😓
Day 4 - 20 Oct 2021
Content: Park Guel is a must while in Barcelona. Tickets can be purchased online and there is no limit for spending time in the park. Make sure to bring drinks and sandwches to enjoy a little picnic as for me you need a good few hours to fully explore it. There is a restaurant just before the exit, however it is naturally very busy and it’s close to impossible to get a seat.
Content: Another quick stop while in Barcelona. Great place to take photos, but nothing else to see here 😓 I added Park twice as it has two parts and you might not want to see both.
Day 4 - 20 Oct 2021
Content: I visited many beaches around the world and Barcelona beach is definitely towards the bottom in terms of rubbish and general cleanliness. I visited twice, once ten years ago, it wasn’t too bad, but the second time I didn’t bother spending any time there…
Day 5 - 21 Oct 2021
Content: La rambla is a must visit place in Barcelona. Always busy, always expensive 😂 main tourist attraction! From La Rambla you will find a lot of small streets leading to some awesome spots where you can enjoy a drink and a quick tapas.
Content: For people who enjoy looking at fish. Great placr for families with children, about 2-3 hours to see everything properly.
Content: Barceloneta is full of amazing places to eat. This is the place where you can find a fantastic meal deal such as starter, main and drink for €10. There is plenty to choose from!
Day 6 - 22 Oct 2021
Content: A beautiful park! Place to enjoy the nature and the amazing fountain. Top spot for all the influencers 😂 As you can see I took some great photos too 💁🏼♀️
Content: I don’t know how about you, but I love food markets. The fresh fruit and sea food always inspires me for cooking. This time I had A half board option st the hotel, but if I am ever back to Barcelona and staying in an apartment, this will be the place where I would buy my cooking ingredients.
Content: Great stop for a glass of cava and burger if you fancy one. Wide range of cocktails as well as other alcoholic drinks. Good atmosphere and super servicr.
Day 7 - 23 Oct 2021
Content: Last stop before departure from Barcelona. A beautiful park worth visiting if you have enough time. Very peaceful and quiet. A great way to finish your stay. Now to La Rambla and from there Aerobus to the Airport 😣
