Day 1 - 17 Nov 2019
Content: Took a train from London to Bath Spa, it took 1.5 hours and I reached right in the city centre and was welcomed by this beaut site 😍 the Pulteney bridge, one of the most iconic sites in Bath
Content: I was staying at my friends place in Oldfield road. This location is 15 minute walk from the city centre. Bath is a very small city! Tip: bath is quite small so it doesn’t really matter where you stay as it will be max 20 mins walk to the city
Content: We had lunch at Giggling quid - the best Thai place, was so yummy and affordable!! The decor is pretty cute too!
Content: Later that evening, we celebrated one of my friends birthday by booking a cocktail class and doing some karaoke. We only paid 45 pounds which was quite decent! It was so much fun and top quality service! Tip: you need to book in advance for this to reserve the whole place for yourself!
Day 2 - 18 Nov 2019
Content: This is one of the best speciality coffee places in Bath, we had to try it and it was amazing! If you’re a coffee connoisseur, go here! Tip: just get coffee here (not food)
Day 2 - 18 Nov 2019
Content: After breakfast, my friend drove us to Keynsham’s pumpkin patch. It was such a cute experience and we got such nice photos. This is a 30 minute drive from Bath and so worth the experience during Autumn season! Tip: you can get an uber here and share it with friends which will make it cheaper. Or you can make a day trip to Bristol while you’re at it!
Day 3 - 19 Nov 2019
Content: Alexandra park is one of the prettiest spots in Bath to see the whole city from. We did a little hike there in the morning. It was a really foggy day though so probably not the best idea we had.
Content: Since it wasn’t great weather on this day, we went to watch a movie. This cinema was nice and right in the city centre.
Content: For dinner, one of my other friends and I went for a feast at the botanist. It was amazing, the food there is superb and the vibes are just right!! Tip: you need to book in advance!
Day 4 - 20 Nov 2019
Content: Had to get some work done this morning so headed to Walcot cafe. It was cute, one of my favourites in Bath. Try the iced coffee here!
Content: Did some exploring on this day, walked to the bath abbey which is in the city centre. You haven’t been to bath if you don’t get a photo here!
Content: We rented a bike from a corner store in Bath and biked around, the circus is another sight to see. Bath’s architecture is next level!
Content: The highlight of Bath, the iconic Roman Baths.... please go here! So much history and culture and it just made me love Bath so much more. Tip: there are always offers going on so you can even get tea here etc. You should visit the bath spa after this, heard such good things!
Day 5 - 21 Nov 2019
Content: One of the most famous breakfast places in Bath. We had a nice heavy breakfast to fuel us for the day.
Content: We walked along the cotswolds, you can find the map online. It was quite a long trek so we walked for 3 hours before returning home to rest. But it was a cute experience for someone who loves walks
Content: Better views than Alexandra park and even better because of the sun set. MUST SEE!!
Content: Rested a bit after heading home and then took a night train back to London. What an experience, I loved every moment in the historic Roman baths!
