Wild Panda

Tamarindo, Wild Panda

Content: For lunch I went to Wild Panda, which is located on the Main Street and inside a little food court where you can find different types of food. I got this yummy Taco Salad, pretty big and with lots of fresh food. One of the few salads I had that actually made me feel full 😅

Content: In the afternoon I just chilled with some friends on the beach and we stayed until evening having drinks and enjoying the beautiful sunset. If you wanna walk until the end of the beach on the left side towards playa Langosta, you’ll find a pretty nice viewpoint on top of the rocks. Just ask for ‘El Mirador’ and someone should be able to show you the place

Pacifico Street

Tamarindo, Pacifico Street

Content: On of the main places where people go out at night is Pacifico, located between the beach and the Main Street. It’s a small bar but it gets very full of people and most of the nights they either have live music or dj.

Content: From Playa del Coco we took a one 40 min boat to the famous Witches Rock, or Roca Bruja as they call it in Spanish. All surfers were so excited! The waves were perfect and the beach can only be reached by boat, so we were almost the only ones in this tropical paradise. I spent the day on the beach taking surf photos and it was so much fun! If you come, just make sure you bring your own food, water and sunscreen, because you aren’t not gonna be able to get anything on the beach.

Content: We arrived at a point where we had to leave the ATVs and start hiking. We had to walk on slippery rocks and cross rivers and it was not easy at all. Thank god we found a local guide that helped us to get there in the easiest way. Unfortunately the conditions weren’t optimal and the water was very muddy and brown, but it’s supposed to be beautiful on other days.

There, there is a turtle conservation project managed by volunteers that almost every day during some months liberate baby turtles into the ocean. It’s called Asvo if you wanna google it and call them for info. We were lucky to see them and it was the cutest thing ever 🥰

Content: Every week on specific days this raegge bar/club gets incredibly full of people and it’s super nice to go there and dance. I met a lot of people and it was the best way to end my stay in Santa Teresa :)
