Content: We arrived to Pozos and went for the most delicious traditional breakfast at Doña Rosa. We had quesadillas and Gorditas that can be stuffed with many fillings. There’s plenty of vegetarian options and the tortillas are made right in front of you!

Content: Our hotel ‘La Casona Minera’ is right in the centre of the town and quite beautiful. They also have a very unique spa, where you can bathe in wine, beer or mezcal! As well as having diverse types of massages, an experience we will definitely come back to do some other time.

Content: The Mine of Santa Brigida is a must! Probably my favourite mine complex in the town. They are open everyday from 11am-6pm and it takes around 1 hour to see it all! There are incredible spots for unique photo opportunities as well as learning a lot about the history of the place if you happen to find a guide (which is not always there 😅) I

Content: Head to the Lavender Fields for checking out the Lavender (in season) or having a ice pop with lemon and lavender flavour! You can also explore little towns around where you can have a taste of Pulque, a traditional fermented drink made from the sap of the maguey plant, delicious but very different! Ask for a place to try in the town.
