Content: Visit the incredible sand dunes of El Mogote, which are around 30 minutes driving from the city centre of La Paz. More than the dunes though, the ecosystem, the nearby islands, and the proximity of the ocean (where the whales sharks are) its breathtaking 🤩 Remember to be respectful of the environment and do not litter.

Content: Known as one of the lost beautiful beaches in Mexico, Balandra is a must. You can make a short hike to a boulder to have magnificent views of the entire bay. *Try to head there at 1pm, when the tide is lower and thus you can see the changing blue colours more dramatically.

Content: Right next to Balandra is Tecolote Beach, and you can hike the hills on the left side to reach the Tilimbrije Lookout. The hike is a bit steep, but you will be rewarded with incredible clear water beaches and wonderful views of the region. Mommy

Content: When heading back from the Tilimbrije Lookout, you will find a hidden beach on your left side, which is know as ‘Playa Escondida’. Spend some time there as you will likely have it all for yourselves. It is so beautiful! I recommend bringing some food to et as a picnic, as the views are very beautiful. You can even stay for sunset and then head back to La Paz.
