Day 1 - 10 May 2017
Content: Turquoise water, white sand beaches, and the charming town was the reason for us to choose Puerto Vallarta as our holiday destination. The Pacific Ocean on one side and the Sierra Madre mountains on the other side make it a perfect location to enjoy with loved ones. This was my first time in the city with my wife. We landed at Puerto Vallarta Airport, the building consisted of small terminals and some eateries. The lobby was crowded with many tourists from all over the world. Terminal A and B were connected by a long corridor. Terminal A is used for domestic flights, and Terminal B is reserved for international flights. The immigration official gave us a section of the tourist card that we should keep in our passport. After clearing customs, we walked through the lobby to the exit gate. We picked an authorized taxi from the stand. Authorized taxis are more expensive than city taxis and Ubers but they are not allowed inside the airport.

We were seated in an outdoor auditorium surrounded by palm trees and twinkling stars in the sky. They performed some acts describing various stories of the ancient.
