Content: We left Mexico City to Tuxtla Gutiérrez airport, the flight lasts 1 hour 30 minutes, we had no delays and we traveled on the live airline bus. The airport is 30 minutes from the nearest city to stay, I recommend you fly during the day so that you can get directly to San Cristóbal de las casas, there are buses that take you directly from the airport to San Cristóbal so that you do not have to go through Tuxtla and arrive directly. if I want to stay at Tuxtla G.? Content: On the 2nd we woke up in Tuxtla and ordered an Uber to go for breakfast in Parallel coffee that we were told that it had specialty coffee, Chiapas is a state with one of the best high altitude coffees, here we had a sandwich and a coffee method for breakfast.

Content: Tuxtla Gutiérrez is not so big so transporting us by Uber from one place to another was quite fast, they have hot-humid climate, quite the opposite of San Cristóbal de las casas that is cold.

Content: Here we go!!! At the terminal, you buy a ticket on the OCC buses in the direction of San Cristóbal de las Casas, it costs $55 MXN - $2 DOLLARS

Content: On our second day in San Cristobal we allocate it completely to go to Palenque, MiSolHa & the blue waterfalls. We travel with Otisa is a tour company & the trip began at 4:00 am and ended at 9:00 pm

Content: The blue waterfalls are completely blue and beautiful, but in the rainy season the water gets cloudy & the blue color is lost, it is still an incredible experience and a magical place.

Content: MiSol-Ha is the most incredible place, it is a huge waterfall in which you can swim or walk even next to it, literally, and it is a feeling of tranquility and connection with nature. This was our second stop on the tour, all these places are without a signal.

Content: Our last place, PALENQUE, you can't miss visiting Chiapas without coming to Palenque, it is a mysterious place that keeps a lot of history of Mexico. We paid for a guide who gave us the tour, the total already with the entrance to the place cost us $200 MXN - $10 DOLLARS

Content: The next day we woke up tired of our trip the previous day, so we didn't schedule many activities, just some quiet ones... it woke up raining in San Cristobal, with a little fog.
Cafeología
Content: You should know that I am a lover of good coffee, specialty coffee and Chiapas is one of the places that have the best coffee in Mexico, we returned to "Cafeologia" and it seemed like a delicious coffee with the weather, on the menu they have the coffees selected by score in each cup I recommend ordering one of those and trying them

Content: We were looking for a place to eat and the hostess of the airbnb recommended this one, I recommend it 100% the food is very tasty, the attention good and the place cozy... after 7:00 pm they light the campfire and you can have a wine there around the fire

Content: We no longer waited at 7:00 pm we decided to go for our drinks to Bloom, which is 1 block from the restaurant... they have incredible music the place is incredible to talk with good background music, the drinks are also varied and tasty, you must visit it.

Content: Now we are going to a very surreal place, one of the most mystical places I have ever known "San Juan Chamula" we went on a transport that leaves from San Cristobal to San Juan Chamula, the distance is a short walk of about 30 minutes, the entrance to the church costs $40 MXN- 2 DOLLARS. We hired a "guide" but he didn't tell us much more than the uses and customs of the place.

Content: The street where the transport that goes to "San Juan Chamula" leaves is called Honduras, I recommend that you be careful with the souvenirs you take from here, especially with the rag dolls that refer to a «chamula.» I also recommend that after chamula you go to zinacantan, it is very close to there.
Restaurante el Fogón de Jovel
Content: Now hot food in this restaurant, I chose an order of tamales. The restaurant is nice, the food is good, but I didn't like it at all.

Content: Last breakfast in San Cristobal de las Casas, it makes me so sad! :( by the way, forget to tell them that in caffeology they have a place called "casa cafeologo" it is a hotel, here you can stay, get off and find a good breakfast and coffee, or a place to do remote work, in addition to the location being spectacular.
Iglesia de Guadalupe San Cristobal
Content: On our last day, we visited some emblematic churches of the place. The first was the church of Guadalupe, which has a beautiful view of San Cristobal and the Guadalupe neighborhood.

Content: Then we take a break to eat and try the famous "Posh" drink before leaving. The food in this place is delicious, I recommend it.

Content: Another of the beautiful places to visit is the Miguel Hidalgo walker, which is also colorful and with many gastronomic options.

Content: The second stop is the visit to the church of San Cristobalito, you have to walk a lot to get to the tip but it is totally worth it, the view is incredible, we had a cloudy day, but I have been told that here the sunsets look incredible 🌅

Content: I finish our stay in San Cristobal de las Casas, now we are going to stay in Tuxtla to go to the «CAÑÓN DEL SUMIDERO » and other places .... Content: This is the plus... the airbnb is 2 blocks from this restaurant that serves the most delicious breakfasts and obviously has specialty coffee... just good coffee, they took us the explanation of the method they were preparing for us and they told us about one of the coffee producers they work with, the service is incredible they welcome you with a lot of joy.
Parque Nacional Cañón del Sumidero
Content: We went to Chiapa de Corzo to visit the «CAÑÓN DEL SUMIDERO» I recommend arriving in Uber, it is nearby... I also recommend waking up early and arriving very early so that you can enjoy the place of so many people and spend the whole day there.. the tours at «CAÑÓN DEL SUMIDERO» start at 8:00 am and end at more than 4:00 pm, we arrived late and we could no longer give the complete tour, only half, the complete tour lasts 2 hours.

Content: When you are at the airport, go for bread to Pastelería Oh Lala, ufff everything is delicious, the best bread I have ever tasted and after documenting inside the waiting room there is a branch of "Cafeologia", do you remember? ... you can buy coffee and sit down for a while to read, work or wait for your flight.
