Content: Philadelphia is a small bit beautiful city. Perfect for a night away. It’s also very easy to get to from New York. We took the MegaBus which is a really affordable option. My 2 year old loved sitting on the top from seat! You can also get the train, this is slightly quicker but more expensive!

Morning Glory Diner
Content: We were so hungry when we arrived. We got brunch here and it was delicious. Definitely try the homemade jam! We were so hungry I didn’t even take a photo! 😫
Hampton Inn Philadelphia Center City-Convention Center
Content: After brunch we checked in to outer hotel. They let us check in a bit early. The room had everything you need and it also included breakfast.
Liberty Bell Center
Content: Start the day off by visiting the famous Liberty Bell. I found it a little underwhelming but it is a free attraction. It doesn’t take up too much time so you should really visit here!
Independence Hall
Content: This is such a beautiful building. You can only visit by taking a tour. You can wait in line or book in advance online to save time. The tour lasts about 30 minutes and is very interesting!
Reading Terminal Market
Content: Visit Reading Terminal Market, this is a perfect spot for dinner as they’ll have something to suit everyone. It’s also a great place to get gifts or groceries.

Rocky Statue
Content: Did you know the Rocky films were shot in Philadelphia? There’s a statue in tribute located next to the Museum of art.
Philadelphia Museum of Art
Content: This is an extremely impressive building. Even if you don’t go in, it’s worth seeing from the outside!
City Hall
Content: Honestly, one of the most beautiful building I have ever seen! A perfect location for Instagram photos.
Chili's Grill & Bar
Content: We had a late lunch / early dinner here before catching the bus back to New York. The food (and cocktails) were delicious!
