Day 1 - 9 Apr 2021
Content: Fly into SFO from LAX. Pick up rental car and drive to the hotel. Process was seamless and I enjoy flying through SFO!
Content: Check into hotel. My friends and I absolutely loved this hotel. It was affordable for people like us on a budget ($79/night at the time, booked via Booking.com) and very close to a lot of major tourist attractions
Content: We decided to grab something cheap and fast for dinner tonight to take back to the hotel. Pizza was ok, nothing spectacular
Day 2 - 10 Apr 2021
Content: Grab free breakfast at hotel and then picked up coffee on our way out. The coffee here was so good! From the coffee shop we drove to Golden Gate park and hiked Kirby Cove which has stunning views.
Content: Kirby Cove is a STUNNING hike with amazing views of the bridge and bay and a quiet lesser known hike. There’s even a small beach and a bunch of cool abandoned buildings we could explore. This is a more intermediate level hike and was very very steep.
Content: Finished the hike and drove back across the bridge to golden gate park and took lots of photos! There’s a lot of fun places so be sure to spread out from some of the busier photo spots.
Content: Sushi for lunch! This place was so good!
Content: Visited Lucasfilm and walked around the outdoor campus! Just tell the security guard there you’re there to see the Yoda statue and they’ll let you park on the property and go take pics.
Content: Walked around Chinatown at sunset and got some beautiful photos. Then Chinese food for dinner 😋 street parking is best if you can find a spot during rush hour.
Day 2 - 10 Apr 2021
Content: The Chinese food in SF is the best I’ve ever had! I love Mister Jiu’s and come here every time I’m in town.
Day 3 - 11 Apr 2021
Content: Ate breakfast for free at hotel then drove to meet tour guide for Alcatraz. We parked by the pier and had an amazing time on this cruise. Tickets booked via Viator
Content: Seafood time! The food here was really good but the place was definitely packed due to its proximity to the pier. Definitely make reservations!
Content: Shopping for souvenirs at Pier 39 and spent some time watching the sea lions! They were so cute!
Content: Views and food here were absolutely incredible! Be sure to try their desserts.
Day 4 - 12 Apr 2021
Content: Back to Pier 39 to try the Biscoff Coffee shop! Food and coffee were good but a bit too sweet for my liking
Content: Drive down Lombard Street early before it gets crowded! It’s known for being of the most crooked streets in the world. It’s a bit underwhelming but fun to do at least once.
Content: Took some photos at the Painted Ladies! Gorgeous photo spot and lots of people love taking Instagram photos here.

Day 5 - 13 Apr 2021
Content: This museum is well known and definitely worth a visit especially if you’re a Disney fan like I am. We loved seeing all the history on display.
Content: Late brunch! My friends and I loved this restaurant.
Content: The Palace of Fine arts is a large outdoor park and a hidden gem mostly known to locals only. We loved walking around the outdoor gardens taking photos. Any architecture nerd would love this place.
Content: Head to drop off rental car by 6pm then back to the airport to fly home!
