Content: Once all checked into your AirBnb, make your way into the town of Paia to explore. Have lunch at the Paia Fish Market, try the mahi mahi or ono, as these fish are local and very fresh. Delicious!
Content: You can enjoy your lunch here and watch the surfers before getting an early night’s sleep in Paia. You will want to take it easy today and tomorrow you will be up nice and early to experience a once-in-lifetime sight in Maui!
Day 2 - 19 Oct 2021
Content: You will be waking up very early today! Have coffee and breakfast at your AirBnB before making your way to the Bike Maui headquarters, you will need to arrive by 3:30 AM for the tour. For this tour, you will be driven up to Haleakalā National Park to see sunrise. They will drive you into the park and fees are included. Then, you will ride your bike down the volcano! Calling all daredevils and adventure seekers…this one is for you!

Content: After the early wake up call, you will want to grab a bite to eat and take a nap back at your AirBnB in Paia where you will stay one more night. Afterwards, stroll around the beach in front of Mama’s Fish House while you wait for your dinner reservation. TIP: make your reservation months in advance!! This is an extremely popular spot.
Content: Make your way to Mama’s Fish House right as the sun is setting! Let your server know if you are celebrating something special. Again…Make a reservation!

Content: Begin the Road to Hana using the Gypsy App GPS to Guide you. Stop at Sandy’s to get some fresh banana bread and coffee and enjoy the peninsula with waves crashing.

Content: Stop at Ke’anae Arboretum to see the infamous and elusive rainbow eucalyptus trees! You won’t want to miss this stop. There is a short 1 mile hike around the arboretum with lots of plants and trees.

Content: You must make a reservation to visit here! This black sand beach is beautiful and a must see. There is hiking, swimming, and sightseeing.

Content: The Pipiwai Trail to Waimoku Falls is a must see on the Road to Hana! Give yourself a few hours here as the hike is about 4 miles round trip. After, stop for some huli huli chicken! You will see many places that sell it on the side of the road.

Content: Check into your AirBnB, we stayed at the Hana Inn in Maui for one night and it was perfect to shower and relax and get a good night’s sleep!
Content: Enjoy dinner which is walking distance from the AirBnB at Ae’s Thai Kitchen. The pad Thai and fried chicken is so delicious! Also try the Thai Tea.

Content: Wake up in Hana and get dressed in your swim suits! We chose to do this activity on our way back on the Road to Hana since we would get wet! This stop is on the drive back towards Paia to Twin Falls. It will be on the left side of the road, use Gypsy App to guide you. You can hike and swim here. There is a $10 entrance fee.
Day 4 - 21 Oct 2021
Content: After the last activity on the Road to Hana, you will drive to the other side of Maui for the second part of your trip. When you arrive in Lahaina, you will be hungry for brunch so stop here to eat! Be sure to get the Hawaiian fried rice. Yum!
Content: For an afternoon activity, walk along the Kapalua Coastal Trail which is a 2.5 mile long trail along the ocean with beautiful views.
Content: Check into your hotel at the Gardens at West Maui where you will stay for the rest of the vacation.
Content: After getting settled in at the hotel, walk over to this amazing restaurant that has a great happy hour as well. We enjoyed the $5 Mai Tais, poke nachos, and kalua pork!

Content: Begin the morning with a snorkel at Honolua Bay! Drive over early in the morning to find parking. Wear water shoes as there are sharp rocks when entering the water. Do not recommend for small children. Please walk on designated paths as the area before the bay has unmarked graves on either side of the path. DO NOT walk off of the path and be respectful, please.
Day 5 - 22 Oct 2021
Content: After snorkeling, spend the rest of the day at the beach relaxing! Black Rock beach has shopping, convenience stores and places to grab snacks as well. We like the ABC stores to quickly grab food and snacks.
Content: After getting ready back at the AirBnB, prepare for the best luau on Maui! Come hungry, there is a lot of food to try! My advice is to take an Uber here from your AirBnB so you don’t have to worry about driving. The food is all you can eat and drink! For this itinerary, you will want to be packed and ready to check out since tomorrow will be your last day.
Day 6 - 23 Oct 2021
Content: Wake up early in the morning for the Kai Kanani sailing and snorkel excursion to Molokini crater. This is quite a drive from the AirBnB (about an hour and a half) so this is an early morning. However, I recommend it because you will be the only snorkel tour out there!

Content: Hang out at this beach after the snorkel tour to relax before ending your trip and heading back to OGG airport.
