Content: Our stay in Kauai was amazing! It was the first island we visited in Hawaii and definitely our favourite! Everything starts with some great accommodation! This is a great hotel that’s not too expensive and has an amazing view of the mountains and fresh coconut for breakfast! I would totally recommend it!

Content: This beach had a closed off area in the sea away from the big waves. There is also a very big playground for kids of all ages right behind!

Content: Went to this place for their famous Saimin noodles but they don’t do them anymore! Which was quite disappointing. We ordered a chicken dish instead and it was just ok.

Content: Such a lovely juice bar in the middle of a palm tree area and overlooking the mountains. Coconuts are $5 and juices start from $7.

Content: Perfect if you have a baby as there is a baby pool (very shallow) and a snorkelling part for the parents! It’s quite rocky to get into the sea so shoes are definitely advised!

Content: Came for the local Saimin noodles. The staff was quite rude but the food was good. It was raining very heavily outside but they told us we can’t queue inside even though they could see we were carrying a baby.

Content: Gorgeous gardens - we went to the free bit which was perfect to let our baby run around! If you go to the paid part you can see a tree from one of the scenes of Jurassic park!

Content: The shaved ice wasn’t good but the burgers were great! Really nice view of the resort next to the water! A bit pricey but it is to be expected.

Content: Great hotel to go and relax even if you’re not staying there! It’s got great amenities and restaurants that you can use. Pools are only for residents though. There’s also a surf beach right in front where you can watch people surf!

Content: This hotel gives you leis when you arrive! A proper Hawaiian experience! I wish we stayed at this hotel!

Content: The cave with the most amount of fossils found in the world! You can also see giant tortoises. We didn’t see the spiders in the picture as they’re afraid of people so they don’t come out at all.

Content: Big fruit market with a variety of choice! They can also cut and prepare the fruit for you to eat there and then if you ask.

Content: Amazing sushi just like in Japan! It’s a Japanese chain worth visiting. More expensive than Japan but cheaper than the average restaurant in Hawaii

Content: The best experience we’ve had in Hawaii was definitely this Luau party! Very authentic and a must do when you’re in Kauai
