Content: Started our journey from short hike to Bear Lake, which is a natural freshwater lake. we had an amazing view of sunrise on Hallett Peak and Flattop Mountain. It was a beautiful natural wonder and a miracle.

Deer Mountain

Content: After a Short 30min drive from Bear Lake, We Reached Deer Mountain and started our hiking, it is a good trail for visiting from sea level. It was a beautiful experience and on our way we fed squirrels and chipmunks. It had a moderate elevation and it was really a fun hike.

Gem Lake

Content: Gem Lake is at downtown Estes Park. We started our journey and on our way we saw beautiful rock formations. There were number of rock steps to climb which lead the way to Gem lake. The lake was like a icing on the cake and the view was really wonderful.

Trail Ridge Road

Content: We headed towards our next destination at Trail Ridge Road . Scenery of the place was spectacular, After reaching the peak we saw a mesmerizing sunset.

Hotel Estes

Content: With end of our day we stopped for rest at Hotel Estes. The hotel was very clean and hygiene was maintained also the staff was very friendly and the bed were also comfortable.

Content: For our dinner we went at Antonio's Real New York Pizza which was at walking distance from our stay. We ate pizza for our dinner. Pizza were very delicious with perfect crust and the right amount of the cheese.

Day 2 - 6 May 2019

Fern Lake

Content: Had a great breakfast and started our 30 mins ride towards Fern lake, We took a trail ride with Sombero Ranch at Moraine Park in the Rocky Mountain. We took a 2 hour horse ride, The horses were gentle and well- cared.

Content: Adams Falls is a short round-trip hike located near Grand Lake, Colorado. It is an exotic location which is filled with the sounds of running water. The place is surrounded by lots of tree which adds more beauty to the scenery. we reached to large valley with a river, which had incredible view.

Kawuneeche Valley

Content: The next stop we took in our road trip was Kawuneeche valley which is a marshy valley of the Colorado River.The visitor center was small and was a nice stop.The rangers were very informative and helpful.

Holzwarth Historic Site

Content: We took the final spot of our road trip at Holzwarth Historic Site. The place comprised of a series of cabins .Being there took us in the era of the 1920s . We saw a herd of elk grazing in the green meadow , the site was very much beautiful.Later on we returned back.
