Day 1 - 5 Nov 2019
Content: Our journey begin with a 6 hour United airlines flight from Los Angeles International Airport to Kahului Airport. Lovely small and clean airport, easy to navigate, staff is very professional and helpful. Security check is quick.
Content: Rented a car and took a 1 hour drive to our hotel where we checked-in to a tropical garden beach resort. The rooms were big and comfortable with ocean view, staff was very professional and caring. We had our dinner in the room itself and had a wonderful stay here.
Day 2 - 6 Nov 2019
Content: After breakfast we jumped in to the car and took a 30 min drive to Nakalele Blowhole which is known for blow hole which produces powerful geyser-like water spouts with the waves and tides. Place is absolutely breathtaking, hike is rough and rigid. Need shoes for hiking here.
Content: Visited Makaluapuna Point which is also known as Dragon's teeth formed by lava rocks. The hike is easy and beautiful, beautiful spot of observe ocean and Whales. Tides and winds are very strong need to be taken care of.
Content: While returning back to our hotel we took a stop at Napili Bay which is known for its water activities such as snorkeling and scuba diving, Here we did Scuba diving water was crystal clear and loved to see the underwater beauty. Trainers were very knowledgeable and friendly.
Content: We Had our dinner at a American restaurant located near to our hotel. Sea food was delicious and well presented, staff was helpful and service was extraordinary.
Day 3 - 7 Nov 2019
Content: Had a quick breakfast and jumped in to our car taking a 1 hour drive to Maluaka Beach also known as turtle town. Here we did snorkeling with sea turtles near the rock which was an amazing experience. Touching or harassing a turtle is prohibited here so need to be far from them as much possible.
Content: Later hopping on to the boat we sailed to Molokini which is a moon shaped island offering snorkeling and diving. We here had a wonderful diving experience among kaleidoscope of coral and saw many types of tropical fishes including trumpet fish and coronet fish. Need prior booking before visiting limited boats are available.
Content: Returning back from Molokini we had fish tacos and shrimp tacos from a food truck on the island, which were divine, service was quick and price was affordable. It was a good experience having food from food truck with such a great quality.
Day 4 - 8 Nov 2019
Content: Had a delicious buffet breakfast and took a 40 min drive to Air Maui Helicopter Tours which is a major and well known helicopter tour operator in Maui. We boarded a Helicopter flew upon several waterfalls and islands, pilot was very knowledgeable and friendly he provided us knowledge about the island and corals from above the sea.
Content: Heading further with a short drive we took a stop at Baldwin Beach known for its beautiful sandy beach, which offers panoramic views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding Sierra Nevada Mountains. A good place to see sea turtles, snorkeling and swimming.
Content: Ho'okipa Beach Park offers White sand, blue water, and green sea turtles. Hookipa means welcoming comfort here we relaxed at the beach with green sea turtles and spent our evening.
Content: Returned back to our hotel and had dinner, food was delicious and options were available, service was decent.
Day 5 - 9 Nov 2019
Content: Checked-out of hotel and took a one hour drive to Kahului Airport from where we boarded a 5 hour Delta airlines flight to Los Angeles International Airport. The flight was extremely comfortable and crew was very helpful.
